Located in the Bophut Hills, heart of palm trees in the middle of luxuriant nature, the brand new Villa ARGANDA allows its occupants to enjoy the 180 degrees see view direct to Koh Phangan island. At 85 M height, approximately 400 M from shoreline the view is simply amazing and relaxing. Close to Fisherman Village (5 min) From Chaweng City and its remarkable white sand beach along which is established some of the most beautiful bars and restaurants of the island. Between Caweng and Lamai a special comment about « COVE BAY » a heaven of peace on a heavenly beach. Close from Chaweng airport (20 min) From Lompraya ferries deck which gives an easy and quick access to all surrouding islands. ( Like Antgtong National Park). This 3 rooms/3 bathrooms brand new villa full comfort allows six adults for quiet sleeping. Wifi, Cable TV, equipped kitchen, covered and shady parking spaces with night automatic lightening. Every rooms equipped with air conditioning and electric fans. Located on a 140 SQM terrace, the 8/4 M swimming pool is welcoming you for relaxing or swimming.
..Underwater seats invite you for relaxing moments. And at night time, you can choose water color light available on demand upon your moment mood. As last luxury touch, the last period gave us time and opportunity to build and "link" a new JACUZZI to the swimming pool. You can now lie down in the water immerged in a relaxing water flow. Funny and so pleasant experience. A house rental at a breathtaking price for breathtaking sensations and memories .... you will not forget so soon. A PRACTICAL PRECISION, if a car rental is planned please privilege a more powerful model because the streets of the island can be steep and this is the case of the access to the villa. Cars, motorcycles or taxi cab will reach the villa perfectly even if it seems a little impressive. As a custom in Thailand, an electrical meter reading "input and output" will be done at the check in / out . The Kw / h will be charged in addition to the rental ... for use of air conditioning as a "good father" ... but only at the price of 7 baht Kw / h. As an indication the usual customer averages are between 200 and 400 kw / week. Dear guests, have a very nice stay !
