The house is situated only 10 meters away from the Mediterranean Sea. There are no obstacles, no roads nothing in between you and the sea. While you are sleeping and / or at rest, you can listen to the sounds of the waves and the singing birds. The trees in front of the 20 m2 veranda keeps the direct sunlight which may cause inconvenience, especially in July and August. With the stairs from the veranda you have direct access to the sea. The sea is open sea and very clean. The sea water temperature ranges from 15 - 28 degrees Celcius which makes swimming possible the whole year. The house is good to accommodate 5 guests very confortably.
I have 40+ years of overseas engineering experience and worked in Germany, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan and United States. I like to socialize with foreigners. That is why I have allocated my house by the sea at a very reasonable price to my prospective guests. You can taste delicious fish in the local restaurants which are in a walking distance. Also you can visit the farmers' market twice a week, that is on Thursday and Sunday. Turkish coffee is free of charge in my house because we, Turks, believe that coffee brings people together forever...
The house is very close to the city center where there are fish restaurants, fish markets, supermarkets, bars, normal restaurants, bakery and pastry shops, beaches (sandy and rocky), ferryboats going to Cyprus on a daily basis, anhphora museum, daily yacht tours (from May to September), concert square...
