This property was established in 2020, one of four Villa Gencal properties in Ayder, Rize. The first three villa were established in 2016, with a passion and vast previous experience in hospitality, backed with a selected team of multiple cultures and backgrounds. Spoken languages are Turkish, Arabic and English.

Property information

Located in the middle of Ayder Yaylasi in the Black Sea region, Gencal Villas sits on top of a hill, next to one of Ayders' waterfalls that flows into the Kavran Creek. This special location provides a close direct view to the magnificent waterfall and mountainous surroundings as well as a unique view over the city of Ayder. The special design of the two floor wooden villas seperates the sitting and kitchenette area from the bedrooms providing the visitor with a countryside cozy accommodation suitable for both large families and young couples. The villas has a front terrace is a perfect spot to have your favorite morning drink or evening barbeque while enjoying the view over the city, and the backside balcony which includes a dinning table where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner while savoring the waterfall view.
