Property info

ocated right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, these lovely condos are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. This unit is 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. On the entry level is the laundry area, the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and entry from the garage (see garage description). Upstairs is the main level with the living room, kitchen, dining area and a full bathroom. On a deck just outside the living room is a private hot tub. On the upper level are the master and second bedrooms, and one bathroom. Living Room: Wood burning stove, TV, VCR, DVD, comfortable seating. Kitchen: Spacious, well equipped for cooking, opening over the counter to both the living room and the dining area. Dining Room: Seating for 6.
