Spacious and completely remodeled, with all new furnishings for your comfort. While experiencing all Tampa has to offer enjoy a huge private pool, dart board, pool table and for the little ones different toys. Busch Gardens : 12 Minutes Downtown Tampa : 13 Minutes Airport: 20 Minutes. Tampa Premium Outlets: 12 Minutes 5 Minutes to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations. Rules: * No unregistered guest allowed. ( day/night) * No Parties or events allowed. * No Pets. * The house is allowed for 7 guests maximum. * For your safety we have cameras 24 hours a day ONLY in the front door and backyard. * The wifi and cameras cannot be disconnected or covered at any time during the stay, this will lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation. * Children should not use pool without adult supervision. * The pool has an approximate depth of 6 feet. Registration: The guest must indicate the exact number of people who will stay at the property. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay at the property (day and night) and we reserve the right of admission. It is forbidden to organize any type of party or event inside the property.
