Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this is a beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in East Vail's Timber Falls. The master and the second bedroom both have a king bed. The cozy third bedroom has a bunkbed and 2 twins. All of the mattresses in this condo are brand new.The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. There are new hardwood floors throughout and a custom made storage/sitting area by the front door. The property has 1262 square feet of living space, and is only 4 miles from Vail Village. It is a platinum rated condo and can accommodate up to 8 people. The condo is fully furnished, also providing towels and linens. Vaulted ceilings, lots of morning and afternoon light, and incredible views of both the meadows and the mountains make this condo a very desirable rental choice. The free ski shuttle stop for Vail Village is only 100 yards away, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season. The condo has access to the complex's summer pool and tennis courts. Free wifi is also included. This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING. Any reoccurrence of a viral pandemic will result in a full refund.
