Located right in the heart of Gunnison, this newly updated home (previously an office) is ready to be your home away from home and your next home base for exploring this small, welcoming mountain town! This retreat only has one year old (2023) and was the owner's old office, but now it has been converted into a well-appointed house with everything new. Enjoy a wonderful downtown location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, Jorgensen Park, Fred Field Center, and Gunnison Pioneer Museum. Outdoor enthusiasts can have a picnic and enjoy watching the river at West Tomichi River Park or book a fly fishing trip with AEI Fly Fishing. This budget-friendly retreat has a little outdoor patio with a convenient gas fireplace, where you can curl up with your favorite blanket and tell entertaining stories or plan your next adventures.
