Great location, steps away from Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village with restaurants, bars, shops, and more. → Large private balcony with stunning Ocean views → Approx. 900sqft² of space → High-speed Wi-Fi → 1 free secure parking spot → Pool, hot tub, game room and full size gym → Walk Score 95 (dining, nightlife, cafes, shopping within walking distance) → Very safe neighborhood
