This Southwestern retreat, located in the Spanish Valley, combines the comforts of home with exciting extras, including a shared seasonal pool, community hot tub, and easy access to breathtaking nearby sights. Local shops and restaurants are just six miles away in the city of Moab. Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park are a day-trip away. Don't feel like driving? Take a dip in the community pool (open April through October) or enjoy a long soak in the shared hot tub. Tennis and basketball courts are available for guests to use. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club. The spacious townhouse boasts vaulted ceilings and Southwestern-inspired decor. On the first floor, a cozy sitting area surrounds a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, where you can surf the cable channels or pop in a DVD. A fully equipped, open kitchen offers standard appliances and a dishwasher. If the weather's nice, take advantage of the gas grill and have a BBQ on the private patio. With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to 10 people.
