This vacation condo is an immersive Tiki Themed experience. The walls and decor come to life with fun tiki culture. You might feel as if you are staying overnight in Disney World's Enchanted Tiki Room. In fact, one of the people that did work on that Disney attraction actually helped decorate this vacation condo. The condo itself is inside a private resort, which is located in Tampa on Rocky Point Island and is right on the Bay. There is a swimming pool, a private manmade beach (no water access though), poolside bar & grill, vollyball, firpit and more.
My name is Chris, I own this condo and personally helped decorate it. I live nearby and very involved with the resort, so I'm at the property often.
This condo is located on Rocky Point, which is right on Tampa Bay. The resort is just around the corner from the main Tampa airport, and is centrally located. You can head down the causeway and hit all the major beaches (Clearwater, St Pete, etc) or go the other way into Downtown Tampa and visit Riverwalk or go to a game/concert at the stadium
