This condo complex enjoys a prime location on the Promenade in Seaside, within walking distance of dining, the Carousel Mall, and many of the most popular attractions in this charming oceanside town. Up on the second floor, which is accessed by elevator, this condo is simple in design, highlighting its beachside location with clean, simple furnishings, a wall of windows, and well-placed mirrors to bring in ample natural light. There are plenty of places to sit in the open living area as you warm up in front of the gas fireplace. Watch a movie or a favorite cable show on the TV with a DVD player. The second floor puts you up above the beach, offering a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen is similarly straight-forward and open, offering white appliancesincluding a dishwasher, a breakfast island with seating, and a dining table. A couple or two friends will love spreading out around this home as a gentle breeze flows in from the deck.
