This property is in Virginia Beach's most prestigious local family beach neighborhood. Short-term rentals are not allowed here anymore. This is one of a few vacation homes that is grandfathered in and meets the city of Virginia Beach short term rentals requirements. The home is located in Croatan Beach. Croatan Beach located at the end of the world famous Virginia Beach Boardwalk. The beach is separated from the Boardwalk by Rudee Inlet which the fishing boats, jets ski rentals, kayaks, and dolphin tours boats have access to the ocean. At the Southend of the beach is a military base. These features make this a limited access beach at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Growing up in Virginia Beach this is where the locals went to Surf, Sun and fish - away from the crowds of tourists at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. You can stroll early in the morning to watch a sunrise alone as well as to walk the beach at night or day with no crowds. The beach has the same City of Virginia Beach Lifeguards on duty Memorial Day through Labor Day as well. The vacation home is secluded in the middle of everything the Virginia Beach Oceanfront has to offer!
I grew up in Virginia Beach and love this vacation spot. This is where I went to spend a day at the beach. My job took my away from Virginia Beach and I did not want to sell this spot. I visit here when it is available. I usually only offer it for rent May through September.
