The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game or to relax by the outdoor fire pits. Our pool and spa building is still under construction. Smoking: Guests may only smoke outside the property and are responsible for disposal of waste in proper receptacles. Violators of this policy are subject to an additional minimum USD 500 fee. 3. Minimum Age: The premises are to be occupied by the guest named on the rental agreement. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve and must occupy the property at all times when children are present. 4. Cleaning: Cleaning fees paid by guests do not cover wear, damage or neglect of property during guest use. Guests agree to maintain a clean property but are not expected to perform a deep clean prior to departure. Guest agrees to pay cleaning costs in excess of amount collected. 5.
