    “The bed was comfortable and the entire house decoration was wonderful. The place is suitable for long and short stays.The walk way is paved and lit and hence need not worry about rain. There is a queen size air mattress for third and 4 guest.”

The basement apartment offers a private and secure entrance and spans approximately 1000 square feet, offering ample room for your comfort. The inviting bedroom features a queen-size bed with storage, a generously sized closet, and dedicated office space. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring a refreshing experience. In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find an electric stove, a full-sized refrigerator, a sink, and a kitchen island with ample storage beneath. It comes fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans for your culinary needs. It also includes a dedicated sports fan and theatre area complete with comfortable reclining chairs, a television, and an array of Washington Commanders memorabilia. Additionally, there's a queen-size airbed with headboard for extra sleeping arrangements. Finally, the outdoor patio is equipped with a wood-burning fire pit, a grill and table and chairs. The private pool and spa are available seasonally (April - December) for an additional fee.
