Our cozy studio condo, deluxe with ocean views, pool, jacuzzi, beach access, free parking, and no resort fees, offers a unique beach vacation experience on the Gold Coast. FOR COMFORT… Not only do you have your own furnished, private studio condo deluxe with a roomy king/Queen-size bed, soft-comfortable sheets, and bath towels, but an additional queen Murphy Bed or sofa, should you have guests, a full restroom, living room with a comfortable couch, dining area, and a private patio, and your kitchen comes stocked with all of the pots, pans, cutlery, and equipment to ease right in and start cooking as if you were at home. It also comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus a blender and pool towels! Even the dish soap is provided for you. You also have access to a washer and dryer should you need it. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: king-size bed for up to 2 people, an additional sofa and/or Murphy bed in the living room for up to 2 people, which brings us to a total of 4. FOR FUN… Clean, safe, and family-friendly, there is also a shared central clubhouse, complimentary computers with internet access, and a printer. There is also a swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grill, gym, and laundry facilities.
