Equipped for self-catering. The residence is equipped with a reliable backup power system featuring an inverter with a 10Kw battery backup and 14 solar panels, which includes an automated switchover mechanism, ensuring that the impact of load shedding is minimized to basically non-existent. Furthermore, the house is furnished with gas geysers, as well as a gas stove and oven, providing an alternative energy source for heating and cooking purposes.
