The newly renovated house, fitted with modern amenities is a short 2-minute walk from Langebaan Lagoon beach, the beach is a favourite for kite-surfers, water-sport enthusiasts, sunbathers, and just taking leisurely walks to popular beach-front restaurants. It is also walking distance from shops and grocery stores. The property garden is spacious and has place to clean water-sport equipment and free parking inside. It is ideal for laid-back holidays or retreats. The house can accommodate 6 adult guests (3 private rooms) which make it the perfect getaway stay-over. Always Summer B&B is also part of the Langebaan Art Route, show-casing the work of the owner's contemporary art photography on the last Saturday and Sunday of each month.

The neighbourhood is known as Mid-Town an older more established part of Langebaan, very close to Lagoon beach, and walking distance to most shops and restaurants and business centre. Lagoon Beach, Main Beach, North Beach are all within walking distance for kite-surfers, SUP, kayaking and other water-sports. Mid-Town is easy to access and best located for visitors without transport or who enjoy walking or biking. The neighbourhood has several restaurants (Kokomos, Friday Island, Wunder Bar), Water-Sport Centre, Kite-Schools, Shops, etc
