We now have a back up system for uninterupted power supply during power outages. Stylish place to stay with incredible views in the beautiful suburb of Hout bay. Spacious, bright and sunny garden apartment. Newly renovated and sparkling clean. Bedroom with queen size bed set up either with duck down feather pillow and duck down feather duvet or micro fill fibre - your choice. We do not charge for a third guest, the sofa is not a pull out bed but quite comfortable for one person, just ask us for extra bedding. Very private unit with separate gate, 2 private large patios with incredible sea and mountain views perfect for outdoor dining. Private garden. Free gated and covered parking on property. Uncapped Wifi. 2 min drive to the beach, close to restaurants, shops and a 10 min drive to Chapman's Peak Drive.
We love where we live and we love to share it with our guests.
We live high up on the mountain in a very safe area with incredible bay and mountain views, quite removed from everything but still only minutes from beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The property is close to a fishing village and on the way to the house one drives through a mixed economic community for one block, all part of South Africa's charm.
