Large family home in a tranquil setting. A unique upside down design positions the open plan living area upstairs, affording you a stunning expansive view due to stacking doors that brings the outside in. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The entire home has concrete flooring, keeping it cool with scattered rugs for comfort. Everyone within the family can find a sweet spot to enjoy the home, from boardgames, books, built in bbq, TV. Just 250m from the beach! Grys Patrys awaits!
Dear new friend Who is Anna? Artistic flair, lover of nature and saltwater baby! Mom to my beautiful basset hound boy Jeffrey (yes named after Jeffreys Bay). I enjoy to to be around good energy, connect with people, learn new things and grow! Adventurous spirit, cycling, sand boarding, and in the process to learn how to surf. Oh so passionate about Paradise Beach the Garden Route and everybody finding their piece of paradise here, to call it home! I look forward to have you as my guests, to share our piece of Paradise with you! What makes the area so special is the gorgeous beaches, one of CNN's rated "best beaches of the world" (short walking distance from the accommodation. Seekoei River Estuary, where you will find many bird life, like the Flamingos, Herons, and hundreds of bird species in the area. Enjoy kite surfing in the lagoon or ocean, stand up paddling or windsurfing. Or take on the waves at world renown Super Tubes, the best right hand wave break in the world. Where the worlds best surfers compete every year in Jeffreys Bay. You will also be spoiled spotting antelope, tortoises and cape grey mongoose walking freely in the area. Safe area, stunning beaches, and oh so peaceful. No Uber. No fence. Parking outside or inside the double garage.
