Introducing, the owner of Utopia Holidays, Elsbeth Terblanche. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own business in the hospitality/tourism industry. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be in such a beautiful little utopia such as Ballito.  My aim is to provide quality service to both the holiday maker as well as the homeowner. I am more than simply a booking agent, I see myself as a hand-son host and this is what sets me apart from other agents. My role is to ensure that each of our guests are attended to and has everything they need for the duration of their stay. Seeing our guests unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime is what fuels my passion for hospitality. It all began in 2016 when I was inspired to start a business with a difference, one that went beyond merely arranging holiday lets. Starting with our studio apartment, after which we added a family unit in a prime spot to our portfolio. We now have a number of units under our care and we are currently expanding our portfolio. At Utopia Holidays you are assured of finding the best accommodation available to suit your budget and needs, for the holiday you have been dreaming of. Our guests return year after year to feel the sand between their toes at their home away from home by the sea. Escape to one of the original beach cottages in Ballito. This 10-sleeper home, suitable for up to 6 adults and 4 children, features parquet floors throughout the lounge and bedroom areas giving the whole home a traditional country feeling. Children will love playing in the spacious garden that includes a fenced-off swimming pool and small sandpit. This home is located just steps from the beach and there is a pedestrian gate at the bottom of the garden.

Ballito has always attracted holidaymakers to its golden beaches and brilliant blue waters. The Indian Ocean is warm and inviting all year round. Dolphins play in the surf, while a vibrant underwater ecosystem just waits to be discovered in the clear rock pools along the coastline. Ballito is known for its amazing selection of restaurants and beautiful well kept centres. Ballito offer a wide range of activities including game drives, snorkling, ziplining, boat rides, mountain biking and quad biking. There is really activities around our beautiful town to keep all members of the family entertained and happy. This beautiful holiday town sits just 15 minutes’ drive from King Shaka International Airport.
