Property info

Pearl Oyster guest house is situated in a quiet section of town. It consists of 4 neat and clean rooms all of which are furnished to accommodate 2 guests each. 3 have double beds while one has 2 x single beds. Each has its own en suite bathroom. Each are equipped with a TV, small bar fridge, kettle, heater and a ceiling fan. All have a coffee station equipped for 2 persons [plates/cups/glasses etc.] There is a communal kitchenette which is equipped with a microwave, toaster and a one plate induction stove. All essential cooking utensils are provided. There is a small washing up facility [cooking utensils etc.] All the necessary cleaning materials is supplied so guests must only ensure that they clean up after use. The rooms are situated on the first floor and access is obtained by way of outside stairs which are easy to negotiate unless one is wheelchair bound or physically disabled . Access to the property is obtained via an electrically operated gate and guests are provided with a remote control to enter and exit. Safe on site parking is provided for 4 vehicles. The property is also monitored by CCTV cameras. The yard is manicured regularly so it is neat and tidy at all times.
