Rothersands 16 is an extremely popular property. This lovely three bedroom villa is situated within easy walking distance to the popular Robberg Beach. The property has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. There are three bedrooms two of which face the pool and garden and there are three bathrooms. The living room space opens onto a lovely outdoor sitting and entertainment area with barbeque. The pool with deck and garden is the ideal spot for absolute relaxation. For those lovely holiday sundowners the upstairs deck area is a treat! This property is suitable for all ages. It has been beautifully decorated and is well equipped. There is an inverter that provides power to the TV, light and Wi-Fi during power outages. *There is a refundable breakage deposit of R6000 which is collected by bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer *Payment for the booking is collected by bank transfer
