This 2-bedroom villa is able to accommodate 4 people and has 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-bed whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathrooms 1 & 2 are both en-suite and have a Bath & Shower. Bathroom 3 has a shower only. The villa also comprises a kitchen, lounge, dining area and a couch. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The unit also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and WIFI. The living area leads to an enclosed patio area with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Kindly be advised that the entrance to the property is accessed via stairs. To mitigate the impact of load shedding a 5kW Inverter and lithium-ion battery has been installed as well as a gas hob equipped with a whistling kettle. This ensures operational functionality for most of the electrical outlets during load-shedding. Guests are still requested to exercise judicious use of the provided resources, refraining from running high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.

Based on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, San Lameer was the very first golfing estate developed in South Africa. It is a 200 hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 616 privately owned stands of which 599 villas have been developed. These villas surround the challenging 18 hole Championship golf course, a world class hotel and a 5 star spa. The climate of San Lameer is pleasantly sub-tropical, with cool breezes from the Indian Ocean.
