Each unit has a dream kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a romantic dinner or a full family feast. Some of the Seashells apartments are also for sale. Each unit is a Safe Investment because the title becomes yours. It is a sectional title ownership and has nothing to do with Time Share (titles secured on the unit). Seashells offers a unique beachfront lifestyle - luxury with low maintenance and permanent, unobstructed views. Breakfast can be served on request at a minimal cost in our breakfast/conference facility. The complex has an elevator for your comfort and convenience. Only 45 minutes away from Port Elizabeth International Airport and a shuttle can be arranged to pick you up.
