Retractable glass doors open onto a covered outdoor patio and bar area with an ice machine, built-in braai & Weber. Relax with a drink on the pool’s martini step and soak up the sun or take in the beautiful sunset views. Generous seating at the ten-seater dining table, kitchen island and bar. Three bedrooms upstairs, two en suite, and two private en suite bedrooms downstairs, sleeping up to 10 persons. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the two main bedrooms are air-conditioned. Keep kids entertained with a level garden and a separate pyjama lounge. Camp cot and high chair available, no baby gates on the three staircases and no pool net. For the cooler days, keep warm with underfloor heating & heated towel rails in the bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the lounge. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & Nespresso coffee machine. Wi-Fi & Netflix provided. Enclosed double garage and on-site parking. Sunset Villa is perfectly positioned - located just off Plettenberg Bay’s most desirable address, Beachy Head Drive. A two-minute walk to Robberg Beach and a five-minute drive to Main Street where you will find cafes, shops and restaurants. A short 1km walk from the property you will find the local Kwikspar, coffee shop and restaurants, as well as Beacon Island Resort. Many boutique wine farms can be found along the Plett Wine Route, where guests can enjoy delicious food and wine in a tranquil setting. Robberg Nature Reserve, a World Heritage Site is a must see, offering three hiking routes of various difficulty along the peninsula, all boasting magnificent views of the bay. Private charters can be arranged to view the southern right whales during the breeding and calving months from June to November. Plett is home to many wildlife sanctuaries where guests and children can interact with various animals. The Keurbooms River and Lagoon offers boat and kyak hire for all ages. A golfers paradise, there are five different golf courses within the Plettenberg bay and Knysna area.
