Theresa was very friendly and welcoming. She kept in touch via WhatsApp even before we arrived so we were aware of the location, and load shedding schedules. Our apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy at all times. Staff came in daily and cleaned everything. We liked the outdoor seating areas a lot as we could fully enjoy the lovely weather.
