Villa 44 is where land, river, sea and sky meet. Villa 44 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy lazy holidays! This luxurious villa is located on the top level of the secure Estuary Country Estate with direct access through the gardens to the Estuary waterfront and main Port Edward Beach. Downstairs consists of the living and dining area with DSTV and a well-equipped kitchen. A large covered veranda with built-in charcoal braai and outside dining area is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Double garage equipped with a tumble dryer and washing machine. Downstairs also consists of one bedroom with a double bed en- suite shower and toilet - central A/C leading out to the veranda. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: all with individual A/C. One with king XL bed and en-suite bath, shower and toilet with balcony. One with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet with a balcony. One with two single beds and en-suite shower and toilet.
Villa 44 is located in a private, secure estate situated on the same property as the Estuary Hotel and Fish Eagle restaurant with access to a private beach. Guest can visit the Wild Coast Sun Casino or Blue Waves Water Park. There is multiple Golf Courses in the area as well. The famous Mac Banana is a unique shopping, entertainment and destination facility which offers loads for a family to come and spend the day and just 10 min drive. The Southcoast Mall located in Shelly Beach, Margate is just a 30min drive. There is also plenty of beautiful beaches to visit in the area. Own transport required.
