We are business people who escaped the maddening city life. We are birders, love to find remote gravel roads to negotiate with our Landie. I love cooking and enjoy gardening. Hubby enjoys his Rugby. Wellington is in the heart of the Cape Winelands and home to many wineries, restaurants and some morning markets where you van find good food, wine and home made crafts. The Breytenbach theatre offers many shows and art exhibitions. For the adventurous there are mountain bike trails, horse riding, canoeing and hiking or trout/bass fishing in the mountains. Other activities include chocolate tasting, various wine parings, whisky, beer and brandy tasting. We also partner with and arrange Shark Cage Diving, Whisky Tasting and SPA treatments with industry leaders, Close-by we have some of the best schools in the country like Paarl Boys and Girls High, Paarl Gymnasium as well as CPUT university, Boland Rugby stadium, Dal Josafat Stadium, Hugenote high and primary. Wellington's main street leads into Bainskloof pass, a scenic drive passing swimming and hiking venues. This is a modest town with strong family values.
