Exceptions staff and extrememly accommodating. I didn't arrive until midnight on my first night and had to book an additional night on the move whilst driving down to Brisbane and they were more than happy to help. Love the daily room servicing and exceptional atmosphere of the whole venue. Restaurant was exceptional

Close to airport, parking included, clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Check in easy with lock box system. Very clear prompt communication. Food options for dinner nearby, not sure about breakfast though we drove around the corner 2km to a cafe.

It’s close to the river board walk and you can manage to walk with luggage from central station to the Kookaburra Inn. So the location is great. It’s also a quite quiet neighborhood. The bathroom and the toilet were clean.

The view from the balcony is outstanding and even better than we thought. We ate our dinner on the balcony every night. It must be the best view in Brisbane, especially once the city lights come on.

Pros - hot water, good wi-fi, paid parking available. The sheets looked clean. The air-conditioner in the lounge area worked well. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The hotel is close to several cafes and restaurants. I had an excellent dinner at Big Roddy's Ribs about 450 metres from Morgan Suites.

The location was excellent as we had a very early flight to Bali the following morning. Having the tavern on site made it very convenient for dinner the night of our stay. We will certainly use these facilities again should we have an early flight.
