The Pousada is run by Leo and Marie, the mother - son duo of joy! The rooms are also lovely and big! Finally, the pousada is a ten minute walk from a fantastic restaurant 👌.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The reason we booked here was because I read that they were helpful in the reviews and it was true. They helped us book a very last minute amazing tour, and also a transfer to Jeri. We were able to enjoy our limited time in Barreirinhas because of their kindness - if we had not stayed there our experience would not have been as good. The coffee was some of the best we’ve had in Brazil.

It’s a large complex, very well designed, with so much to do. We only left the premises once to go for dinner in the town, otherwise everything was readily available. Beautiful wide-ranging breakfast, great food overall, 3 swimming pools, a kids play area, sauna, massage, kayaking, easy access to excellent tours, friendly staff and a lovely clientele. A hammock outside each room was a very nice touch. Highly, highly recommended.

After making the reservation, I inquired about something I want to know and got a clear answer. that's why I did not worried about my stay. The rooms is just little old , but it was very well cleaned. Simone, the landlord, really cares about me, a foreigner from far away, and is very heartfelt. Of course the breakfast is delicious with local specialties. In addition, it is very convenient because you can walk from the bus terminal without feeling dangerous and it is located in the city center.
