I only stayed for one night in Campo Grande. It is a very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Staff only speaks a little bit English, but that was actually not a problem for communication.

In the park we visited the Museum of Cultures Dom Bosco and the Biosphere Pantanal and walked back to the hotel (about 3/4 mile). It is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant, friendly staff and great rooms. Taxi fare from the airport was about $16 for the taxi.

The hotel is very well organized with a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner - in case you don't feel like going out for a bite for a modest price. Our room was quite spacious and very clean but the hotel is a little older so some things are warn down but not to the point of it being a problem. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.
