Bernardo and his sister Annabella welcomed us like if we were family! They took time to show us the town and helped to find out a restaurant opened on Chistmas Eve. The breakfast was reinvented every morning to let us try all the traditional food. All in all, it felt like meeting good old friends! If you're looking to make the best of Ouro Preto, you have to stay there!

Lovely little pension, like going back to living with grandma, staff very attentive, large room, bathroom, little lounge and balcony! Breakfast was made fresh in the morning with heaps of choice. Would definitely go back.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Minas Gerais, and it is because of the brilliant owners and their team. Simply the friendliest and most helpful place we have been in Brazil, with tips on where to go and what to see, an amazing breakfast, beautifully presented, with an option to be served in a stand alone conservatory area or in your room, and an ideal location just outside of Ouro Preto but easy to get into town when you want to. Our children were so looked after and happy, could not ask for more. We'll be back!

Definitely a superior hotel in comparison to standard brazilian hotels, located 18km from downtown ouro preto. Beautiful property, very well decorated. Comfortable bedrooms, with amazing showers. Beautiful Pool. It also has a pool table and Foosball. Small gym with weights and a treadmill which were pretty handy! We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of variety. Fantastic staff. Shout-out to Daniela, who was so personable and attentive!
