The people were extraordinarily friendly and helpful during the entire stay, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The location downtown, so close to the train station was excellent as well.

Excellent place for a family stay : the pousada has 2 sizeable swimming pools, games (table tennis, baby-foot, pool...), and is located in a farm with lots of animals (horses, cows, chickens, goats, sheep, etc.) - our daughter loved it ! Adults loved it too : we had a very spacious house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area, there are 2 great outside barbecue areas to cook your own meat (extra payment of 100 R$ for use), very good and varied breakfast, possibilities to order from nearby restaurants if you're not in the mood to cook in the chalet, nice countryside setting with nice walks nearby (a car is needed to reach them). The staff is very nice and helpful. We'll definitely come back !
