I arrived 1 day before my actual booked stay, however they welcomed me in and quickly put me in a room! They offer free coffee and cookies anytime. The rooms I stayed (3 beds and 4 beds) were very clean and spacious, the 4 bed room has a very big bathroom, which is handy when you travel with friends (like me). The electrical shower provides hot water. There’s also air conditioner in every room, and hammocks outside if you wish to take a nap. Staff is a plus, they are super handy and friendly, always there anytime to warn you if your tour is about to leave, if your driver is here and to offer solutions. I have absolutely no complains. Thank you so much, you made my trip to Santo Amaro closer to perfection. :)))

Great breakfast with cuscuz and tapioca every morning, fresh juice and nice cake. I loved the common outside sitting area and the hammock in every room porch. Service was also lovely with everyone ready to help. We had lunch there one day which was also fantastic, cuxá rice with prawns. You need a car ride to go to the city center but the place offers the drop off and pick up service for R$10.00 each way and they are very flexible with timings.

Pousada Paraíso was like its name: a paradise! Just loved it so much! Employees were so polite and helpful! Everything was simple but perfect and with small beautiful details! Heitor is the owner of the place and a gentleman! I do indicate if you wanna stay in Santo Amaro (best place for Lencois Maranhanses) and wanna feel like home!

We were offered welcome drinks, everyone was friendly, caring and even arranged pick ups and small private jet for us to get to another town. The room was also perfect - clean, comfortable, no mosquitoes, two showers, comfy beds. Breakfast and dinner was perfect. We loved the food, ceviche was brilliant and we even got wine which was really good. We are grateful to Thiago and the team for such a pleasant stay! You are great guys!
