For us it was kind of a last minute decision. And how great it is to be surprised in a way like this! The property is situated in a rural location. There is a huge garden and a swimming pool (which underwent maintenance during our stay). The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Very comfortable (Japanese style) beds. A big tv with a working Netflix account. A double shower for couples!. A clean toilet. A fridge filled with water and refreshments which makes very little noise. And as a bonus: An outside shower on your private patio! That is why you see a wall instead of a garden view. Nothing beats an outside shower, I promise you. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A retired couple runs the property. For pleasure, and not for financial gain. And it shows everywhere. Breakfast is super tasty with some home made products. And you get a view of the amazing garden and pool. You could easily spend the day on the property which has many places to relax with comfy lounge seats. There are only six rooms on the property, which has a 22:00 curfew so take note of this! It will guarantee an nice and quiet night. Nature lovers will love the location. The only 'noise' comes from a nearby Aeroclub. Take a walk there early in the morning for a great view of the surroundings, and stay to see people with all kinds of remote controlled aircraft show up for a nice show. If you bring kids: They will love it.
