The staff were all great. The staff were all very friendly. This was my first time in Serra do Cipó and the staff gave me helpful directions and valuable advice to find my way around the city and the nearby waterfalls. They also gave me advice in regard to catching the bus back to Belo Horizonte. They also provided an impressive array of options for breakfast, including eggs, cakes, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, juice, fruit and coffee. I felt very pampered. One of the best breakfasts I have experienced. The location is right in the middle of the city. I extended my stay and was there for 3 nights in total. I recommend this to other visitors, especially those visiting Serra do Cipó for the first time.

There is the most amazing view when you exit your quarters in the morning. The food, at the on-site restaurant, is amazing. Quality of the food and the taste were high quality. The staff even delivered our meals with and candles, so my companion and I could have a candle light dinner. There is a staff member who does speak english. This was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
