This cosy and quiet hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Lucerne and a 2-minute walk from the Rotsee lake, world-famous for its rowing regattas.

We offer spacious, well-equipped rooms and free parking in front of the hotel. In summer, free entry to the Rotsee lido, including a bathing towel and a canvas chair, are included in the price. The beautiful area around the lake is ideal for many forms of recreation and leisure, including jogging and bicycling.

Free access to the swimming facilities on the lake & tea & coffee were well appreciated

Gasthof Krone Blatten features a garden and a terrace in Blatten. There is a restaurant serving European cuisine, and free private parking is available.

Guests at Gasthof Krone Blatten can enjoy activities in and around Blatten, like cycling. Some rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

We originally accidentally booked this place instead of somewhere within Lucerne. However Peter and the staff were absolutely fantastic - very accommodating and also serving some of the best food we've ever had!

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The reception people were extremely helpful. We decided to stay a couple more days and they arranged it so that we were able to stay in the same room. Any questions we had they were more than helpful. Even when we booked a table for dinner and were running late They were able to move our reservation time and accommodate us. They truly were brilliant. Can't recommended this place enough. It is also just a 6 minute walk from the main train station.

The hotel is nice, the staff at the reception are amazing but the restaurant was a let down, both staff at the restaurant and the dinner and dining experience. As guests of the hotel you have to make a reservation to have dinner. Breakfast was good, nice selection of cheese and meat, lots of continental options.

Great location overlooking Luzern and the lake, yet in walking distance from city center and train station. Nicely renovated hotel with a lot of character. Excellent breakfast buffet and Michelin star restaurant for dinner

Great location less than 5 min from the Reuss with the famous Kapellbrücke. The room was small (single bed for one person), but I had all I needed for a night. Breakfast at 18 CHF was too pricy, so I went to near-by bakery and bought what I usually eat. Coffee provided in the room though! The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, good selection of food and wines.

Excellent location, super clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast that was complimentary. Rooms are small but definitely adequate and comfortable. The hotel is a reasonable price for area and location. Sorry we didn’t make advance reservations for their award winning restaurant.

Prime Location in Lucerne. We had a room with balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge. We received vouchers for restaurant downstairs they were wonderful for breakfast or dinner. Staff very pleasant. Really close to train station which made arriving and departure easy. Overall a very comfortable stay.
