We decided to stay a couple more days and they arranged it so that we were able to stay in the same room. Any questions we had they were more than helpful. Even when we booked a table for dinner and were running late They were able to move our reservation time and accommodate us. They truly were brilliant. Can't recommended this place enough. It is also just a 6 minute walk from the main train station.

The breakfast was not included in package but hotel did gave a coupons to their own restaurant which was like giving free breakfast only so no complaints there. As guests of the hotel you have to make a reservation to have dinner. Breakfast was good, nice selection of cheese and meat, lots of continental options.

The room was small (single bed for one person), but I had all I needed for a night. Breakfast at 18 CHF was too pricy, so I went to near-by bakery and bought what I usually eat. Coffee provided in the room though! The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, good selection of food and wines.

We received vouchers for restaurant downstairs they were wonderful for breakfast or dinner. Staff very pleasant. Really close to train station which made arriving and departure easy. Overall a very comfortable stay.
