She told a lot of interesting facts about the island, including those about how to live on the island today and a few years ago. Everyone was happy to advise where to find something and how to get there.

Owners Jerome and Fidgi are absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and helped us coordinate the details of our trip such as obtaining guides for the park, making dinner reservations, and airport transport. We were also moved by the small gestures: Jerome allowed us to use his hiking poles and brought us mangoes from his tree.

There is no reception - it is more of a guest house style accommodation. However the team is available via booking.com messenger or whatsapp. We found the room to be well sized and a big bathroom. While we didn't use the pool due to inclement weather it was cute and the whole area felt secluded despite being off the main areas of Hanga Roa. It was easy to walk to anywhere in the town

The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but lacked a few small things like paper towels and a trash can (there were trash bags, but no can).
