Staff extremely helpful and friendly. They could also give you breakfast earlier if you were booked on a morning tour. Very relaxing and comfortable communal area, both inside and outside. It was also possible to organise your own lunch or dinner there bringing in takeaway food if you did not want to go to restaurants all the time. They also offered drinks, coffee and tea all day.
