Svostrup Kro is 250 years old, and in the middle of no where. That's why I go. It is clean and the staff is incredible, but if you want night life, the ability to "pop" over to the store, don't go. Leave your room for us. Additionally, it is well worth the extra $$$ to reserve the more expensive rooms. God rejse!

They offered the possibility to use their bicycle washing equipment at the back of the building before storing the bike in safe containers. Awesome: bike shower included! The room is quite nice, but the bathroom was really small. I had dinner at the restaurant, the menu is not big, but I found something to eat and the meal was nicely presented.

With all these and many others small details, Lena treats You like a guest, not like a customer. We stayed in Danemark for 7 days in 6 different hotels, and this one was unique.

Very proud to know Danes are at the forefront when it comes to hotel breakfasts in comparison to other places in the world that used to champion it. The staff were amazing - very friendly upon arrival and the breakfast staff were helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. The room is bright and has nice views to the trees. The drive into town was easy and there is plenty of parking at the hotel.
