Clean room, comfortable bed, delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I especially liked farm eggs, grilled trout and freshly squeezed juices. Excellent way to taste Ecuadorian cuisine. Super location between hot springs within few minutes walk.

This is far from being "just a hotel"!. You see the care of his owner, Jonathan, for his place. The hotel is perfectly located to go enjoy the thermal pools (5min walk away). Jonathan also shared information on the current situation in Ecuador so the whole experience was just wonderful. One of the best dinners I had in Ecuador and... artesanal beers! The lodge has multiple areas to relax in and has a varied menu available for lunch and dinner. The breakfasts were lovely and different each day. The spa is also right around the corner. The beds were very comfy. The staff were great, Juan was very kind and attentive to any questions we had. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We ate both lunch and dinner there as restaurants are limited along the road. We were given a heater for the room as it was cold by Luis the owner. Luis was very polite and communicative on WhatsApp and helped arrange a taxi. Lovey view of the mountains at breakfast time and we found it to be very quiet.

Nice large pools. Food was great. Large buffet for breakfast was included. Dinner was great. For altitude sickness try the coca tea, it really worked.
