we loved this place soooo much. view is just incredible. in general location is great. rooms are clean. but the most important is staff. they made our stay most welcoming. my mother in law had her Birthday and they even surprised her with a cake which was so nice from them. she was extremely happy. they were always helpful at any time. definitely will be back to this hotel.

Everything was great!! Prior arrival staff have reached out to ask if we need any help and shared contact details if ever we need anything. We have arrived bit late, no problems with check in and Ahmad waited for us with smile and offered cold drinks and gave us short talk about the place. The room was clean and had everything we needed, pyramids view and nice AC! In the morning we enjoyed great traditional breakfast, it was our choice between two, plenty of food with fresh orange juice on the roof with pyramids view was extraordinary! If you have any questions Ahmad and Mahmoud will give you the best answer! If you don’t have plans they can sort you out. We have also enjoyed traditional Egyptian wedding with Ahmad presence, unforgettable moments !!

Amazing staff, so friendly and so helpful, can manage plans for you for very reasonable prices and in any time you request, never seen such amazing people, I really enjoyed my stay not forget the delicious breakfast. Strongly recommend this place. A big thanks to Mahmoud the owner of the hotel and all the staff for their hospitalities and their hard work to make our stay memorable. Tour activities led by Magda Elnajar have been amazing with this young well educated lady. She has been a rock star and showed us around too many places till we said enough! She took her time even to explain the small details and answer every questions. Well done!!!
