We just wanted to go to unwind and rest. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to sit in the garden as it was raining. however, on my next visit, I hope to do so. breakfast was really hot and had a wide variety of choices. The team was always available to assist. Dinner was really good - it was worth every penny Parking - just outside the hotel

Nice little pub, Drop Inn, good for a game of pool. Beautiful evening meal in the restaurant. Room large with a very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Good serve yourself buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice of hot or cold food. Beautiful views, didn’t get chance to use Spa as visit was to attend a wedding. Would stay at this hotel again (also noticed it is dog friendly).

My room was very nice with lots of character, and my bed was comfy. The old church across the road is interesting to walk round, as is the small lake further on.
