The location is really great—the hotel is located in the heart of the city, simply next to the gorgeous Ely Cathedral, which I could see out of my room window! The room was very clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. At night, it was very quiet, which is great as I am very sensitive to loud sounds. I really like the style of the hotel, so for people who like a more homelike and cosy style, this hotel is the best!

Very cute homey grandparents home feel. The staff made this place the very best. My son wanted pancakes for breakfast but there were none on the menu for that day. My family returned to the room and a little while later a knock came...the staff went to the store to get my son pancakes. They go above and beyond and treated my family as their family
