Our 2nd stay at Karl’s guest house and yet again it did not disappoint. Fantastic host with a ton of helpful tips and suggestions for nearby things to do/places to visit, Karl cannot do enough for you. A truly beautiful property, immaculate, comfortable rooms & ideally located just a short 10-15min outside of Liverpool centre. We have already rebooked for next year, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Karl!

The staff were very welcoming, efficient, and patient, given the fact that my stay coincided with the beginning of the 2024 Grand National meeting AND Liverpool FC having a home tie against Atalanta on the Thursday night. The public areas were, as was to be expected, stunning.

This is a quirky hotel. Not your run of the mill premier inn. It’s got its own vibe and you will either love it or not. It’s quite dark in the rooms and hallways but I liked it. Very clean great location for the exhibition centre and very friendly staff.

Exactly what I needed - quiet, comfortable and good location. Easy to find and pay to stay carparks close by. They also did serve breakfast and could provide pizza/simple dinner or lunch dishes which I wasn't expecting.

Travelled from Ireland to Liverpool with my partner to see a game at Anfield and we were very happy with Brownlows Inn. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. The staff were very helpful, even letting us have a late checkout for an extra €10. No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Rustic, industrial, stylish yet warm and welcoming. The room was huge with a bath, separate shower and his/hers sink. Super comfortable bed. Separate lounge area was a nice touch. Dinner in the restaurant was so good. We had pasta each. It was piping hot and beautiful presented. Breakfast was great. High quality ingredients and a wide selection to choose from. The rum warehouse was cool too. The selection was vast. Definitely would like to visit again. 5 🌟

Firstly, the room was immaculate, the bed was made beautifully for when we arrived and we had lots of free facilities. We loved the little lotus biscuits for with our cups of tea we had in the morning before leaving. The overall experience was lovely. The receptionist was very welcoming too. The hotel was a perfect spot for going out for drinks on the night. We came to the Innkeeper’s for a night away for Valentine’s Day and we will definitely be returning!
