I loved the location, it was a 20 minute walk from a major mall. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. Having a ceiling fan as well as well a standing fan was helpful. The staff was helpful for the most part. I loved the systems they have in place for ordering dinner, buying water/juice etc.

This place has style and flair! I very much enjoyed my stay at Tumi Hostel and I am planning to return at some point. The home-made communal dinner creates a nice space to exchange with other guests (lots of international travelers). The breakfast is outstanding with brewed coffee (above general Standards in Ghana) homemade bread rolls, and fresh fruit juice. The hostel is beautifully located in a traditional residential area of Kumasi.

There is no breakfast or dinner menu. Prices for food is quoted as your order food. False advertisement, no wifi, and room service doesn't clean the entire room

The Lancaster is a secure and clean hotel a little Southeast of the centre of Kumasi. The area is safe, but lacking much within walking distance, apart from the Rattray amusement park. the airconditioning was quiet and adequate, and the pool, when open clean and pleasant. The buffet dinners had good salads and reasonable desserts, although the mains were a bit limited for a non-meat eater.

A modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Located close to a trotro (bus) line for convenient transportation to the city center. The dinners were very tasty. Management went beyond the call of duty to take care of me.
