În a quite area, few minutes walking to bus and tuk tuk station. 10 minutes to beach by tuk tuk. Lot of shops very close. 5 minutes walking from a bar. A very good breakfast and dinner at homestay. Loved my room and view. I was offered a boat excursion but didn't need it because I had the best view of the backwaters from my room and the grounds. Nice food too. The included breakfast was plentiful. In fact too much food for one person. Good home style food too. Dinner on my first night was excellent. 2nd night was ok.
