A perfect place for a Kyoto visit if you don't want to be around the tourist masses. The place is newly renovated and just thought out well, longest sleeps I had in Amy of my accommodations so far. The host (Tony) is a really nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the area and loves to talk and give recommendations.

The beds were super comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great. The location was perfect! The room was quiet and well lit with a nice style to the decor. There were plenty of power outlets.

This house was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a quiet and safe area close to the train station. It is only a 2 min walk to a grocery store and 3 min walk to Family Mart. Hori, the owner, was the best! She provided everything that we needed and was very responsive prior and during our stay. The house has 4 toilets, 2 showers, and a washing machine with drying function. The house is very well taken care of. Everythjng is new and worked perfectly. Thank you, Hori!!!

-The room we stayed in was very clean. -They provided free coffee. -They had free laundry machines you can use. -You could get fresh towels from the lobby whenever you needed them. -The wifi was strong. -Very nice stay for the price. -They are close to Kyoto Station (about a 10-minute walk). -The staff members were very kind and helpful. -The bed is cozy and it's nice and quiet at night.
