The location is amazing if you want to explore Yokohama Chinatown. The staff is so nice, I had a problem and they immediately sent someone to fix it. The view out of my window was great and the Chinese decor in the living space was cool.

The Hotel is the image of modernity in every detail, the room is small but with ergonomics in mind: ideal for a single traveler. The SPA is huge, clean and relaxing and having two resident convenience store is really convenient for a quick dinner or a late snack. The position is strategically placed in the center of Yokohama bay: if you are searching for a base to visit Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura and Enoshima, consider the Bay Tower.

It had the perfect temperature (albeit hot even for a sauna), heat distribution and even a pleasant, subtle smell. There's also a cold plunge pool to use afterwards. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite my beginner-level Japanese; they were keen to explain everything clearly and slowly, and also have a youtube video explaining everything in English.AlexSolo traveller

We previously stayed in one at Tokyo & booked this based on that experience. The room was a decent size & comfortable, although you could hear the trains (not overly loud but certainly audible). Location is excellent and only a few minutes walk to Yokohama train station. Can easily access large shopping centres by foot. Staff were excellent - friendly & helpful.

They even stored our bags for free as we arrived in the morning and again as we left in the afternoon. This left us free to look around. The free breakfast was interesting but I enjoyed the self-serve coffee the most. The Inn is convenient for walking to such places as: the international passenger ship terminal, railway stations on various lines, Chinatown, the Yokohama baseball stadium, restaurants galore, and the Landing which has remarkable views.
