Kasbah Du Berger & Piscine features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Merzouga. With a restaurant, the 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service.

To start with, the host offered us an upgrade to a family "desert hut" which was way beyond our expectations. The interiors and the sleeping arrangements were like a 5-star hotel with lots of cars to every detail. We reached after sunset (in dark).. so it was a pleasant surprise to wake up with sand dunes view through windows.. pretty strange feeling but nice one. The host is very calm and friendly to every guest and always taking good care. The people working around are very polite and "happy to help" sort. Breakfast was typical I would say from our Morocco trip till now.. but it was perfect for a fresh start in the morning. Camel rides, camp dinner with music was also organized by the host. Watching sunset across the huge heap of sand dunes was the highlight of this trip. Thanks a lot from our family.

Amazing hospitality. They helped us book all our activities during check-in (sand boarding, quad bike, camel ride). Breakfast and dinner were both really good. Beds were comfortable and they even offered us some extra blankets since we visited during winter. Bathroom was clean and showers had plenty of hot water. Rooftop was nice to watch the stars at night. Great value, definitely would stay again ! :)

Takojt is located a 10-minute drive from Merzouga City Centre and 60 km from Erfoud City. It offers visits to local oasis and guided excursions through the desert. Free Wi-Fi access is available in public areas.

Super friendly, relaxed and helpfull host. He is crazy about dessert driving in al aspects ( rally, races, recreation; bikes, quads, buggies, etc ) The location is situated on the edge of the dunes - and for us: staying 2 nights, with an early rise on 1 day to see sunrise + another day to see sunset is much better and more convenient than all the ‘ride a dromedary and stay in a tent in the dessert. ( These tents are also on the edge of the dunes and it’s mass tourism !) It’s easy and not risky or dangerous to walk a few km’s in the dessert - the host can help you.

We loved camping in Merzouga and riding camels as well, We were amazed by the magic of this wonderful city, which we did not expect to visit one day. The camp has everything, as if you were in a five-star hotel or something more. Everything is available, a luxury tent with a shower, hot water, dinner, breakfast, and everything you want. They are wonderful.

Our experience at the camp was simply awesome. Despite the December chill, the spacious and comfortable tents provided a cozy retreat. The highlight was undoubtedly the 1.5-hour camel ride to the camp, followed by an exhilarating 1-hour quad adventure through the dunes on our way back. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Without a doubt, this was our best experience in Morocco, thanks to the exceptional service and thrilling adventures provided by these incredible hosts

Authentic with the right amount of luxury and convenience. Amazing location. There are many camps all along the outskirts of the dunes. This camp is more isolated and on the very front row with an unobstructed view. Two steps and you can venture out on your own to explore. Staff is very helpful and friendly, dinners are absolutely delicious!

The camp was luxurious, breakfast and dinner were great. Had a fun time with Omar doing the dune "roller coaster", Zaid brought us for the camel sunset ride and he certainly knew the best location for great shots. Mohamed was most informative when he brought on the 4x4W visit into the dunes and desert. Mutasfa was always smilely making sure we have alot to eat and drink.

It was probably the best hotel we ever stayed. I don't even know where to start! Ali and his brother are very committed to maintaining the Berber culture and language. The tour 4x4 they organized exceeded any expectations. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, rooms clean, beds comfortable. The only regret I have is that I didn't go for Ali's camel overnight. We went for a cheaper tour with another company which was just mediocre. Everything in Maison Merzouga Guest House exceeded our expectations.
